and by “today”, i of course mean, yesterday. heh. friday fucking rocked my face so hardcore. i don’t know what it was, exactly, but i spent the entire day in one hell of a fucking good mood.
all day long.
it was awesome, and if i want to be honest, it started thursday evening when i came home and found my animation show dvd in the mail. rock on! then i did some laundry and made a scrumptious dinner for me and the wench. and when she got home, we watched ate up, drank some wine & watched a movie. fun times had by all. and thus, the wine helped me sleep and i woke up in one hell of a good mood on friday.

aw yeah, baby, i totally got the uber-snazzeroozoo job i interviewed for today. i’ll be making mad kizzash, ya heard. double w00t! (with cheese) i do declare, since roughly 5:30 yesterday things have been looking mighty upwards. and to top it all off, the weather today (and apparently for the rest of the week) is freaking gorgeous. beautiful and most decidedly spring-like. hells yeah!
of the fabulous things totally rocking my face right now:
- the jetta has returned
- the boy has re-acquired his passport
- scooter & i are going to see Bloc Party tonight
- impending kittenship is fast approaching
- i scored a fatty new job
- i got a kicky new haircut that i love
- my delia*s order came (apparently days ago)
- my brother is the awesomest thing ever (he took his school pictures in the ‘vote for pedro’ shirt i got him!)

scooter and i just got back from their show at the paradise. oh man, was that some good stuff. i saw them last december for a big FNX holiday concert dealie with jetta, but they played 2, maybe 3 songs, tops. it was brief, and glutted with many other (often sub-par) bands.
but tonight? oh man, tonight they rocked out with their collective cocks out. and the percussionist dude was pretty fucking awesome.
so good.
if you haven’t checked them out, i definitely recommend them. for reals.
